Biography
Photographer, director, screenwriter. She graduated with honors from the Department of Photography at the Lodz Film School (PWSFTViT) and post-graduate directing at the Warsaw Film School. She is the screenwriter and originator of the Max platform's new costume series "Hell of Women" (produced by Ewa Puszczynska, directed by Anna Maliszewska). She is currently working on her feature-length directorial debut "Miss Ghetto" (production: Breakthru Films), for which she also wrote the screenplay (it reached the finals of the prestigious Script Pro competition in 2019). As a photographer, she has completed two monumental projects in the photo-film style - about 100 people worked on each of them, and each took about two years to create. They were: "The Book of Wonder" (premiered at the PKO Project Room at the CCA Ujazdowski Castle in 2016) and "Salamander" (premiered at the Fotofestiwal in Lodz in 2021). She is a finalist in competitions such as Photo Diploma Awards 2019, "Creative Valley, or what young art is looking for," and Slideluck Warsaw 2015. Her photographs have appeared in Polish Vogue Online or Elle magazine and participated in many exhibitions in Poland and abroad, including the Copenhagen Photo Festival, the Polish Art Circles Festival in China, TIFF Festival in Wroclaw and the Contexts Festival in Sokolowsk.
