Elegant classicist creamer made in Gdansk (Danzig) around 1810 by renowned goldsmith Carl Benjamin Schultz. The object is characterized by a slender, proportional form with a subtly widening body, with a flowing spout line and a decorative sigmoid handle. The surface of the silver is smooth, with a delicate sheen, highlighting the craftsmanship.
The creamer fits perfectly into the aesthetics of classicism - the minimalist ornamentation and harmonious proportions reflect neoclassical influences, popular in goldsmithing at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries. Signed with probative marks, confirming its origin from a renowned workshop in Gdansk.
