The Sejm in Grodno, convened for June 17, 1793, turned out to be the last Sejm of the First Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. The Sejm took place following the lost war with Russia the previous year and after King Stanisław August Poniatowski joined the Targowica Confederation.
