Magdalena Pejga

She is an established artist working with art glass. She studied at the Higher School of Arts and Industry in Prague at the Department of Artistic Glass under Prof. Vladimir Kopeckeho. Her works have been exhibited in many European countries and the USA. They can be found in many Polish and foreign private collections.
She uses many glass techniques in her works. She works with crystal glass, molding, painting, grinding.... Since 1995 he has been running an author's studio in Zelow. She enriches her workshop with a forgotten 19th-century technology of decoration, with which she has been experimenting for several years (diffusion method).
Her works are seen by critics as a bridge between Prague and Warsaw. Magdalena Pejga's art glass has been exhibited in many countries: the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Poland. The artist's works are in many galleries and private collections at home and abroad.
