Hanna Ewa (Anna) Miarczynska studied at the Faculty of Conservation of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw from 1980 to 1986. She obtained her diploma under the direction of Professor Joanna Szpor (conservation of Buddhist thanki). After her studies, she engaged in conservation, painting copies and portraits. For a year she learned metalwork techniques in the studio of Andrzej Lewandowski, during which time she was engaged in designing jewelry. In 1989-1991 she visited West Germany many times, where she often presented solo exhibitions. After 1991, due to the birth of her daughter and numerous moves, she was less professionally active. During this time, she worked with several advertising agencies (including LEGEND GRUP, STUDIO N-ART) to create drawings for film scripts, exhibition and presentation projects. Currently, she is engaged in painting portraits, copies, illustrations, but most eagerly creates, as she herself writes, "her own painting and drawing compositions of fairy tale, fantastic, magical themes, inspired by dreams and visions of different dimensions, micro- and macro-cosmos, the natural world, the beauty of the human soul."
