Biography
Studied at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts, graduated in 1970. Works in metal techniques (etching, aquatint, mezzotint and others) and lithography, also works in drawing. Since the 1970s, he has participated in artistic life, presenting at exhibitions compositions similar in style and mood to fantasy and metaphorical art. In the 1980s, he participated in the independent culture movement. In early 1984, together with his wife, Anna Mizeracka, he organized an exhibition in his own apartment. He participated in the exhibition of independent Polish art "Jeune peinture - jeune expression", Grand Palais, Paris 1982/83 and in national exhibitions under the auspices of the Church, such as "Presence", Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord, Garwolin VI 1984, anti-biennial "Around graphics", Church. St. Maximilian Kolbe, Krakow-Mistrzejowice IX 1984, "Time of Sadness, Time of Hope", Church of Our Lady of Sorrows, Poznan VI 1985, "Polish Pieta", there VI 1986 (on the anniversary of June 1956). He is a laureate of the "Solidarity" Independent Culture Committee Award (1987).
