71 BERGSON HENRI, L'évolution créatrice (...).
Paris 1910, Felix Alcan, 2 k. +VIII p. +392 p.
Sixth edition (first in 1907) of one of the 4 key philosophical works of Henri Bergson (1859-1941). The author, after his father, descended from a Polish Jewish family with roots still with Szmul Zbytkower, a banker of Stanislaw August Poniatowski, was a Nobel Prize winner in literature and a philosopher who created, among other things, the concepts of "life momentum" (élan vital). "Creative Evolution" is not only an abstract work, but also refers to the cinematograph as a newly discovered invention.
