A tango for piano and voice with a cover designed by Zygmunt Kozłowski. The cover features a photograph of Mieczysław Fogg—one of the most important performers of Polish tango—integrated into the illustrative design. The graphic design is two-color, depicting figures playing musical instruments, two hearts, and falling leaves. The cover is complemented by an interesting typographic arrangement.
