Signed on the bottom by The Cowell & Hubbard, Cleveland (one of the oldest makers of jewelry, porcelain and other objects). MADE IN ENGLAND
Condition: have visible signs of use, on 3 plates discoloration and visible cracks in the glaze, two plates cracked (visible in the photo).
