Malgorzata Kowalczyk, "Ducklings," 2022

Watercolor, 29.5x30 cm, framed: 37x30 cm

Malgorzata Kowalczyk - By day she works in a design office, but her hobby is capturing the ephemeral world through painting in her favorite technique of watercolor. She creates her works, in which the most common motifs are landscapes and flowers, in an atmosphere of intimate plein air. She draws inspiration from her love of travel and the natural world. Her view of nature and the surrounding world is a mixture of her individual sense of aesthetics, emotions, colors and a touch of fantasy. With her works she wants to show the transience of the moment. Her works offer an alternative, point-of-view of the surrounding reality and a reason to enjoy every moment spent in her small homeland.
