Oil on canvas, 90x80 cm
The artist captures the raw energy of freedom and confusion in this dynamic and exhilarating composition. The painting depicts a whirl of horses and riders galloping through a green space; their silhouettes reflect the vitality of the Romantic era. The color palette is vivid, dominated by luscious greens and earthy browns, interspersed with vivid contrasts of the riders' attire against the untamed landscape. The tension between the chaos of movement and the calm inevitability of nature's grandeur is palpable.
The brushstrokes are bold but controlled, giving the scene both physicality and emotion. The viewer is drawn into the middle of the commotion, feeling the rumbling hooves and rush of the wind. One can see echoes of inspiration from equestrian studies and historical battle scenes, but the work has a unique voice that tells the story of man's eternal dance with nature. A truly fascinating work that invites endless contemplation.

CIRCLE STUDIO
Cortez a Polish painter from Katowice, Poland, born in 1963. Cortez is the artistic pseudonym with which he signs his works. He creates classical, realistic works, impressionism, surrealism and cubism. He specializes in creating copies of works by masters of the Baroque, Renaissance and Art Nouveau periods. Most often, however, he copies representatives of the so-called Young Poland. He creates for the pleasure of fighting with the high artistry of the greatest artists. Neither the work to be copied nor its format is an obstacle to the execution of the order. He paints in oil technique on canvas or board. He also draws with great ease. Most often from under his brush come copies of painters such as Rembrandt, Kowalski, Brandt, Chelmonski, Matejko, Monet, Kossak, Repin, Shishkin, Beksinski, Szermentowski, Chardin, Vermeer, Aivazovsky and many other great painters.
A word from the artist: When the brush glides across the canvas and slowly spreads the paint, I know that a painting is created that will please the eyes of those who will look at it.
