Joanna Glazewska, Coincidence, 2023

acrylic on canvas, own technique, 80,00 x 80,00 cm

Born in Ruda Śląska in 1973, she grew up all her childhood in Upper Silesia and now lives and works in Warsaw. Graduated from the Faculty of Painting and Drawing at the Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. Since childhood, she has shown resistance to the communist grey realities. Manifesting her aversion to the working-class reality around her, she begins to create works vibrating with color. Her longing for absent color allows her to create millions of compositions that enchant and even hypnotize with their colors. To this day, the author continues to pour her projections onto canvas in a continuous creative process. Her works are appreciated by collectors around the world from Poland, Switzerland, Germany and the USA, among others.
