oil on canvas, 150x120cm, signed on the back
Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow in 2007, in the studio of Professor Andrzej Bednarczyk, Faculty of Painting. She works mainly in oil technique, but also happens to experiment with other media, such as acrylic or inks, drawing and photography.
In the creative process, he pays special attention to place and atmosphere. He works away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the works often depict the real world as seen from a subjective perspective - in an unusual, fairy-tale-like way. We meet characters and places as if from a dream, escaping from the time frame. This is a kind of protest against the reality around us.They encapsulate the whole spectrum of feelings, which can not always be called positive.
The situations shown in the paintings exist outside of time and place. It is difficult to determine whether they are a real memory or just a product of imagination, a dreamy vision.
Underwater worlds or hard-to-reach, dense forests, sometimes fairy-tale-like at other times evoking a certain anxiety. The images encapsulate the emotions that accompany the author at a given stage of life.
