Obverse: in pearl border royal bust wearing laurel wreath, armor and mantle, with armor sleeve stripes visible, with large Order of the Golden Fleece, in outer border legend: IOAN CASIM - DG REX PO&S;
Reverse: in the pearl rim a five-field shield with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Snopes coat of arms of the Vasa dynasty, on the sides of the shield the denomination mark I-8, at the top a crown, in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the coat of arms of Wieniawa Podskarbie Wielkiego Koronnego Bogusław Leszczyński: COIN ARGE - REGN AFTER 1650;
