acrylic on canvas, 60 x 50 cm, signed lower right: 'Boroń' and labeled on the reverse: 'KRZYSZTOF BOROŃ | "LONELINESS" 2025 | 60x50 cm Acrylic on canvas'
He lives and works in Warsaw. In his artistic practice, he employs a variety of techniques, working primarily with acrylics, oils, and watercolors. The main focus of his artistic exploration is landscapes, still lifes, and the human figure. Selected motifs serve as a pretext for him to tell stories about the fleeting, the symbolic, and the deeply personal. His artistic path has been shaped by years of experience: participation in numerous plein air painting events in Poland and abroad, studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, as well as active participation in group and solo exhibitions. The maturity of his technique stems from his daily work in the studio and his constant openness to new creative impulses. He is a member of the Warsaw Association of Visual Artists. The tradition of Polish Colorism plays an important role in the artist’s creative process. Tadeusz Dominik, who passed away in 2014—an outstanding landscape painter, a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, and a student of Prof. Jan Cybis—plays a special role in his body of work. Dominik’s sensual approach to nature, combining its richness of shapes and colors with synthesis and abstraction, serves as a point of reference for the artist in developing his own painterly language.
