CENTRAL EUROPEAN SCHOOL (CIRCA 1900), Barnyard Scenes with Poultry, Peacocks, Turkeys, and Waterfowl (Pair)

First Panel (Exotic & Domestic Waterfowl): Features an array of exotic and farmyard birds set against a lush landscape backdrop. In the foreground, a pair of turkeys and wild ducks gather near a shallow feeding bowl, while a grand peacock displays its iridescent tail feathers perched on an embankment behind them.
Second Panel (Roosters & Hens): Depicts a classic country farmyard scene centered around two proud, vibrant roosters with brilliant red combs and colorful plumage, accompanied by several foraging hens. In the background, a quaint country church tower sits beneath a softly clouded sky.
The artist demonstrates a keen eye for naturalistic detail, capturing the texture of individual feathers, the energetic poses of the roosters, and the varied plumage colors with vibrant oil paints. Oil on cardboard, Each 16 x 24 cm
