Graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk and Poznan. In 1976 he graduated from the Faculty of Directing at the National Film and Television School in Lodz. Objects and ordinary, everyday activities are a source of inexhaustible inspiration for the artist. In ordinary scenes the painter finds something extraordinary. In doing so, he uses multiple means of expression. However, it is not the means used that determine the recognizable style in this case, but their mood that reflects the way the artist looks at objects or people. There is a kind of thoughtfulness, tenderness and a specific sense of humor.
