Biography
Graduate of the Faculty of Industrial Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (1992) and a graduate of the painting studio under Łukasz Korolkiewicz. She was involved in graphic design, collaborating, among other things, on the continuation of the visual identity of the Central Station of Petroleum Products (CPN) or the creation of a catalog of Visual Information Principles for the first line of the Warsaw subway. At the same time, she created a series of digital collages, album covers, paintings with cats from the author's "Art DeKot" series, and illustrations for books (including two of her own books of poems). In 2019, she began painting experiments inspired by the principle of the kaleidoscope from the "Color Fan" series, creating the series "Tonda," "Politrons," "Magnations," "Tetraptics," and "Firmamentum." Since 2023, she returned to the author's "Art DeKot" series, creating the series: "Pixotes", "Kottons", "Ornakots", "Kaleidoscope of Consciousness". Author of solo exhibitions: "My Angels", Bombonierka Gallery, Łomianki (2006); "My Way from Photography to Illustration" DK Pompa, Pomiechówek (2010); "Colorful Windmill" Cosma Gallery, Sopot (2021); "Color Fan", SDK Gallery Przy Kozach, Warsaw (2022); "World in Reflection Spins", Kamienica Theater, Warsaw (2023). Participant of the group exhibition "Year of the Tiger" at Cosma Gallery, Sopot (2022) and participant of the art festival "Open Gardens of Dabrowa Artists".
